In the last 8 years, our CrossFit program has grown and transitioned from a small group of athletes working out in our founder’s garage, to now offering up to 9 CrossFit classes a day, with two coaches on the majority of our classes to accommodate our members!
We offer traditional CrossFit classes that focus on general physical preparedness, cross-functional movement and fitness! Our CrossFit classes are coached in a safe and motivating environment, and focus on proper mechanics, consistency, and intensity of all skill, strength, and conditioning movements.
A typical class involves a warm-up, followed by a strength or lifting piece, the WOD, or workout of the day, and end with durability, and proper cool-down immediately following.
During each class, movements, repetitions, and weights are explained and demonstrated to all athletes in the class. The best thing about CrossFit is the ability to scale movements and weight up OR down to suite each individual athlete’s needs and comfort level.
