Mohawk Valley Strength is a Strongman inspired class which will focus on building strength and mobility, in addition to instilling proper positioning, mechanics, and lifting techniques. We will also conduct workouts and drills that allow athletes to life heavy, awkward objects, and participate in some “non-traditional” fitness style exercises!
