“I initially reached out for nutrition coaching and was slightly disappointed when I received a response back saying, “they have improved the service to include nutrition, sleep, exercise and mindset”. I didn’t think I needed help in the other areas John listed but I also had nothing to lose so figured I would take the risk and at a minimum I would get the 6 weeks of nutrition coaching I was looking for.
Little did I know I would sign on for an additional 6 weeks and that nutrition was the area I needed the least help in and the other three areas were what was holding me back in seeing progress in my life-physically, personally and professionally. “A year and a half ago I experienced a life altering situation. My world stopped and so did my exercise, diet, and health. John gave me 6 weeks of his time. I was expecting my 6-week sessions to consist of him advising me on how to start exercising and some good CrossFit exercise tips. Instead, he taught me so much more.
