Get ready to work hard and leave sweat angels on the floor! CrossFit is a form of high intensity interval training. Bring your A game to each class, and prepare to experience a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, lifting and pushing. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, bodyweight movements, and weightlifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles. Workouts utilize a variety of functional movements ranging from basic metabolic conditioning (cardio) to high skill gymnastics to technical power and Olympic lifts.

In the last 10 years, our CrossFit program has grown and transitioned from a small group of athletes working out in our founder’s garage, to the 13,000 square foot wellness facility we have today.

We offer traditional CrossFit classes that focus on general physical preparedness, cross-functional movement and fitness! Our CrossFit classes are coached in a safe and motivating environment, and focus on proper mechanics, consistency, and intensity of all skill, strength, and conditioning movements.

A typical class involves a warm-up, followed by a strength or lifting piece, the WOD, or workout of the day, and end with durability, and proper cool-down immediately following.

During each class, movements, repetitions, and weights are explained and demonstrated to all athletes in the class. The best thing about CrossFit is the ability to scale movements and weight up OR down to suite each individual athlete’s needs and comfort level.
