MV Performance

If your teen athlete is looking to strength train and increase endurance and conditioning, then our Mohawk Valley Performance program is the perfect place to do so!

Our program is designed to teach the basics of strength training in an atmosphere that encourages and promotes building work ethic, being consistent, and working towards getting the most out of their athletic performance. We focus on building strength through basic movement patterns to increase stability and power and explosiveness, and we incorporate conditioning elements meant to promote overall work capacity and mental fortitude that will translate onto the field of play for any sport.

Mohawk Valley Performance is open to ALL sports and student athletes. This is a fantastic way to meet new friends, built confidence, boot self-esteem, and increase overall athletic performance.

Many of our student athletes use our Mohawk Valley Performance program to strength train both in the off-season, and as a supplement to their sport while in session.

Class Schedule:

Monday’s 5:30pm-6:30pm

Wednesday’s 5:30pm-6:30pm

Friday/s 5:30pm-6:30pm
