This specialized program targets athletes who are age 55+ and focuses on functional, everyday fitness- training the body to move in a way that eliminates pain, stiffness, and tension so that your muscles and body remain active.
Our friendly atmosphere and specialized programming can easily be scaled to accommodate ANY level of athletic ability and can accommodate injuries or any health issues an athlete may have.
