Juliana Hardy

Biography

Juliana began her study of human movement over 16 years ago as a massage therapist. She is currently the Director of Co-Movement Mohawk Valley and Mohawk Valley Rowing Club, and is also the owner of Move, Breathe, Live, LLC.
As an athlete and coach, she believes deeply in the power of self-care, injury prevention, and the empowerment that comes with it. Juliana uses functional movement and her knowledge of anatomy to complement her teaching and feels that these are critical to pursuing your interest in movement in the gym and also in life. She continues to further her knowledge in all areas of movement and health, and teaches individuals to dive into their own bodies to build strength, decrease pain, increase performance, and prevent injury.
