We offer traditional CrossFit classes that focus on general physical preparedness. We are the only gym in the area to have two coaches on for the majority of our classes.



Mohawk Valley Fitness

Welcome to Mohawk Valley Fitness! This premiere program is proud to be an integral component of Mohawk Valley Wellness – voted 2018’s Best of the Best Fitness Facility in Central NY!




Co-Movement Mohawk Valley is a tight-knit community of both adults and school-aged children that are positive, proactive, happy people who are constantly striving at improving their lives.



High School Athlete Training

Our High School Athlete Program is designed to teach the basics of strength training in an atmosphere that encourages and promotes building work ethic, being consistent, and working towards getting the most out of their athletic performance.



Weightlifting Class

Mohawk Valley Wellness Barbell Club is a USAW sanctioned club. Our number one priority is to teach proper technique in a safe and encouraging environment. We provide programming to ensure that everyone is training at the appropriate level.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is one of our most popular services. Who doesn’t want to look and feel better? Nutrition Coaching can be an add-on service or a standalone product meaning that you don’t have to be a member of Mohawk Valley Wellness to take advantage of what we offer.




Looking to relax, unwind, and restore? With Mohawk Valley Yoga, our unique style blends breathing techniques, balance, strength, flexibility and meditation in a fitness format.




This specialized program targets athletes who are age 55+ and focuses on functional, everyday fitness- training the body to move in a way that eliminates pain, stiffness, and tension so that your muscles and body remain active.



Mohawk Valley Strength

Mohawk Valley Strength is a Strongman inspired class which will focus on building strength and mobility, in addition to instilling proper positioning, mechanics, and lifting techniques. We will also conduct workouts and drills that allow athletes to life heavy, awkward objects, and participate in some “non-traditional” fitness style exercises!



CrossFit Kids

In our CrossFit Kids classes, we strive to build a positive mindset through movement to keep children thinking exercise can be fun, and out CrossFit Kids program will teach your children healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime.



Soccer Development (S4C)

S4C is a strength and conditioning program created by two of our very own coaches, which is designed for soccer players with an emphasis on developing skill and technique.


What Is Your Goal?

Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

Health and Longevity / Look Good, Feel Good

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit, CrossHiit, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, personal training and open gym to find the format that you enjoy the most. Our staff of experienced coaches are happy to work with you to help develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to look and feel your best both in and out of the gym.

55 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
