Yoga is an ancient discipline from India, offering spiritual, emotional and physical benefits. The word itself means “union” in Sanskrit, and the ideal goal is to unite the mind, body and spirit together. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise, stretching, poses and meditation to improve health and happiness.
