Looking to relax, unwind, and restore? With Mohawk Valley Yoga, our unique style blends breathing techniques, balance, strength, flexibility and meditation in a fitness format.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient discipline from India, offering spiritual, emotional and physical benefits. The word itself means “union” in Sanskrit, and the ideal goal is to unite the mind, body and spirit together. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise, stretching, poses and meditation to improve health and happiness.

During the summer months we offer a yoga class one day a week, either Saturday or Sunday, in the fall we will resume with two classes a week on both Saturday and Sunday.

Summer Schedule:

Saturday: 7/21, 8/4, 8/18 @ 10:15am
Sunday: 7/28, 8/11, 8/25 @ 08:00-09:15am

No experience required, just bring an open mind and positive attitude!

*If you do not have a Yoga mat, no worries! We have mats available.

** You do not have to be a member to participate in our Yoga classes. Drop ins are welcome and the cost is $10 per class.
